London-based startup SpacePay is bridging the gap between cryptocurrency and real-world commerce with its NFC-enabled payment platform. The solution allows users to make contactless crypto payments using existing Android terminals, eliminating the need for merchants to invest in specialized hardware.

The system supports over 325 cryptocurrency wallets and processes transactions with a 0.5% fee, offering instant fiat settlements for businesses. This addresses two critical barriers to crypto adoption: technical complexity and price volatility concerns for merchants.

SpacePay has already raised $1 million in its ongoing presale, with SPY tokens priced at $0.003181. The platform’s tap-to-pay functionality mirrors familiar credit card interactions, potentially accelerating mainstream crypto payment adoption.
